The INN Restaurant is located in The INN Hotel Complex – Etar. This complex is 8 km away from the centre of Gabrovo and is situated in the unique museum in the open called ETAR. The interior of the renovated restaurant halls is in an elegant classical style with unique carved ceilings and a profusion of vegetation. The restaurant has 120 places in the main hall and 60 more on the open terrace with a beautiful view of the ethnographic complex. The river Sivek, on whose bank the complex is situated, brings coolness in the hot summer nights.
The restaurant offers dishes from the European and traditional Bulgarian cuisines. Its specialties like “Etar”, “A Rebel’s Sword”, “Ancient Bulgarian Kavarma” and the variety of high-quality drinks will please even the most refined tastes. For tourist and package-tour groups we offer a low-priced menu, a fast and good service.
The customers appreciate our experience in organizing different receptions, meetings, seminars and conferences. The complex guests can make use of the room service as well.
